Christmas Day at 9am

Join us at the special time of 9am tomorrow morning for our Christmas Day service, an all-age, community celebration of the birth of Jesus! Jodie will be speaking on the topic  “Follow the star” from Matthew chapter 2 verses 1 to 12.

New Rosters

New rosters are out now. If you need a paper version, grab one from the information table, or otherwise log onto www.oakflatsanglican.net to see what dates and roles you are scheduled for.

McNeill’s and Chaplin’s away

Jodie and his family, plus Simon and his family, will be on leave from the afternoon of 25th December, and will return on 4th January, after which they will head to CMS Summer School. Graham Errington will be leading our parish during this time. You can contact him on 0430 043 765 or 4232 4914 or graham.errington@oakflatsanglican.com.

Children’s and youth programs in holidays

During school holidays our normal children’s and youth programs take a break until Term 1, 2018. However there will be a ‘light version’ of a children’s program during the sermon at our 5pm service.

Summer Sermons

During the five Sundays after Christmas, we will be hearing from a range of local and guest preachers on a variety of topics, before we commence a new sermon series in Term One. Next Sunday we welcome Graham Errington as our preacher.

CMS Stamp Collecting

Help CMS (the Church Missionary Society) by bringing your stamps to church and put them in the brown box located on the bookstall. Around $17,000 has been raised for CMS from the collection of stamps. For details contact Robyn Thomas.
