Morning Service Bible Talk

Today at our 10am service we have John Wilson continuing our series in the Gospel of John, with the next talk titled ‘Trust and Obey’, with the bible readings Joshua 2:1-14 and John 4:45-54.

Evening Service Bible Talk

At our 5pm service Geoff Kyngdon continues our series on Hebrews, with the next talk titled ‘Better, Better, Best’, with the bible readings Psalm 65:1-13 and Hebrews chapter 4 and 5.

New Service time & Pot-Luck Lunch

From Sunday 20th October, our morning service is moving to the new meeting time of 9.30am.
We will also be having a special pot-luck lunch following this service, to farewell our friends Peter & Ruth Blencowe. Please let us know if you are able to bring a casserole, rice or a dessert by signing up on the sheet on the noticeboard, or email office@oakflatsanglican.com.

Children’s and youth programs in holidays

Our normal children’s and youth programs are now on a break until 15th October.

Office arrangements

Valerie is absent from the office until Friday 11th October. In her absence, our three Wardens (Dave Crook, Geoff Kyngdon and Phil Pratt) will be monitoring our church phone, emails and dealing with any issues that arise.

SWITCH Lite

Join us on Saturday 19th October, 9am to 12.30pm at Bomaderry Anglican Church for SWITCH Lite Women’s conference.
The guest speaker is Anabelle Nixey, who is speaking on the theme “HOPE, GRACE, VICTORY”, from Ezekiel Ch 36 & 37.
