- Who we are
- What we do
Different people expect different things from us. When a lot of people are pulling on you, those expectations can build up like a mountain and bury you.
We all want people to be pleased with us, but we must also realise that they frequently have unrealistic expectations and sometimes selfish ones.
So why don’t we just say no.
Realise that you are not called to meet everybody’s expectations. You are called to serve God, using the talents He has given us. ‘We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us.’ Romans 12:6
