- Who we are
- What we do
You might think that you’re too old or too set in your ways to change.
But that’s not the way that God sees things.
Many people had their lives transformed by Jesus when they met him, and this still happens today.
If you say sorry to Jesus for living your own life, and ask him to change you to be like him, then he will do it.
No matter how old or set in your ways, God will change you if you ask.
He promises that his Holy Spirit will transform each of us as we look to God.
As it says in the Bible, “And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.” (2 Corinthians 3:18)
Is this the week to ask God to rule you and to change you?
Join us on Sunday at 9am or 5pm and hear Adam Hotson teach us from the Bible about how Jesus brings real change.
When a hero dies in a story, it’s usually bad news.
Except when the hero comes back to life.
That’s what makes Easter such a good story.
When Jesus rose from the dead, he showed that he was the boss of death.
Jesus won, and death lost.
So, when we trust in Jesus, then his victory over death has become ours.
Every other attempt to solve the problem of death has failed.
But the empty tomb of Easter Sunday shows that Jesus fixed death once and for all.
Because of the empty tomb, Jesus brings us real hope.
Every other religion or philosophy is just positive thinking.
Only Jesus brings us real hope, so don’t waste your life chasing false hope.
Make sure that this Easter Sunday you’ve trusted in the hero who brings us real hope.
