One of the saddest things in our world is the fact that so many people have experienced the power of God, but they’ve pushed him away.
Is that your reaction to coming face to face with God?
Maybe you’ve come to the point that you know you need to escape the judgement that’s coming to you, and you just want to be forgiven of your sins and to come close to the God who loves you and made you and sent his own lovely son to die for you.
But if you’ve already made that choice, then maybe even now you need to repent of sins that you cling to.
Maybe today you need to turn from idols that have stolen your heart, and to draw nearer to the God who loves you and gave his son for you.
Because if we don’t deal properly with God, we will experience his anger and his wrath, head on.
Eternal judgement is coming, and it’s a terrifying thing to not deal with God before that comes.
