One of the great benefits of our churches having an Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the opportunity for us to join together to look back over the past year and to look forward to the year to come.
As we do this, we see many examples of God’s goodness and kindness in sustaining us through significant changes and challenges.
We reflect on the excitement and uncertainty of the new gospel partnership between Oak Flats Anglican and Jamberoo Anglican, and the great fruit that has been seen.
We also reflect on the challenges we’ve faced, including the difficulties and uncertainties that have come from the long-term sickness of our assistant minister.
Yet, through the changes and challenges we’ve see God’s faithfulness over and over again. People are hearing the word of God, and in response, are following Jesus as Lord with vigour.
In this new year we look forward to two significant events: the Weekendaway (1-3 April) and our Moore College Mission (14-22 May), as we anticipate God growing us and driving us forward in mission and nurture as he brings us together to send us out into our world.
Please pray for our churches as this important time as we trust in God more and more through the changes, challenges, and great opportunities he is placing in front of us in the year ahead.
