News and events for the week beginning 25th December 2016

Merry Christmas!

We’re delighted that you could join us today for Christmas. We pray that you might be encouraged by God to see the world his way, and to understand Christmas as a time of rejoicing for the miraculous gift of God with us, Emmanuel!

The Chaplins have arrived!

Simon and Amy have moved into their new home and are settling in really well. Simon officially begins ministry with us on the 9th January 2017.

McNeills away

Jodie and his family will be on leave from the afternoon of 25th December, and will return on 5th January. Graham Errington will be leading our parish during this time. You can contact him on 0430 043 765 or 4232 4914 or graham.errington@oakflatsanglican.com

Summer Sermons

For the next two Sundays we welcome Graham Errington as our preacher, before we welcome Simon Chaplin. Simon will be doing a four-week series titled “Christ in the Psalms”.

Summer Refuge

Refuge, our group for high schoolers, will be meeting for four weeks for Summer Refuge on Sundays at 4pm here at the church. This will run from Sunday 15th January until Sunday 5th February.

Children’s and youth programs in holidays

During school holidays our normal midweek children’s and youth programs take a break until Term 1, 2017. We will also not be having our kids’ program during 10am or 5pm church during the holidays.
