Whether we like it or not, leadership is essential. Without leadership no task will ever get done. But what does real leadership look like? From our passage in 1 Peter 5: 1 - 5 we will see what real leadership looks like. Biblical leadership must ultimately come from the leading of God. Those who would be leaders should enter into leadership for the right reasons and not the wrong ones, and ultimately all of this will require humility.
