Tuesday, March 19th, 7:00 pm in the Church
We have scheduled the AGM to take place next Tuesday evening and we trust that many members of the congregations will be able to attend.
Our Annual General Meeting isn’t just a “business” meeting. It is a gathering of the people of God from both congregations at St Andrew’s and it is conducted in the context of prayer, hearing God’s word and singing his praises.
We meet together to:
– elect church office holders for the year ahead – Wardens and Parish Councillors (nomination forms are available at the back of the church).
– receive reports from parish leaders (Reports from parish organisations are available at the back of the church).
– receive the financial report for the past year and approve the budget for this year (Copies of the audited financial reports are available at the back of the church. Please advise our treasurer of any questions before the AGM).
– receive any recommendations from the congregation for the incoming Parish Council.
Plan to be there on next Tuesday, March 19 and make your contribution to the life of our church.
